Six Sigma is a systems’ improvement process used by companies including the Pearl Harbor Shipyard, Amazon and 3M. The process starts with defining customer expectation than creating a system to measure and improve how the customer receives the product or service.
Usually $200 a session, this workshop, conducted by Six Sigma expert Glenn Hamamura, is offered at no charge as a benefit to the HSBP membership. There is a limited availability.
